ENTRY DECOR IDEA for FALL

Today I’m sharing a few of my favorite items to welcome fall! A few DIY’s and some affordable finds.

When you walk in my front door our staircase greets you, not my idea for an ideal entry. We loved everything about the house when we bought it, except for that and maybe a few other things, but we changed those. After a lot of thought I ask myself, who spends a lot of time in their entry anyway! Am I right?  I like to keep things simple. It only takes a few pieces to decorate for fall, like my DIY pumpkins and the stacked buffalo plaid ones.

The first thing I did was stain and wax the entry table. I’ll be sharing more about that process in another blog post. The table arrived ready for the makeover, perfectly sanded all over. SHOP THE POST - CLICK ON EACH ITEM: After the table dried, I placed it in the entry to the right of the door and hung the mirror. The barn wood warms up the space and I love the farmhouse vibes in all the details from the handles, to the way that that wood design creates the look of a barn door. The black metal accents and real wood make it the perfect addition for my rustic entry. With the table and mirror in place, I added the larger decor items to the table. The basket on the shelf and the tray on top.
