Sometimes things just come together. I needed to decorate a condo quickly (with a small budget). Now I must say that I am a bargain hunter. Checking all my usual places, most of the time I can come up with something. I believe that these were some of my best finds. Craig’s List - 2 Chairs for $150 total, Kirkland’s painting, 2 pictures, a candle topper for wine bottle all totaling under $25, a leather sofa from Sam’s ($325-last one, floor model) last year and a bird lamp from Decor Direct (one of the best bargain stores in Union City, Tn)…I’m happy! Let me know what you think???

I absolutely love these finds. That painting fits perfectly above the fireplace. I would make great use of that area in that comfy chair with a fire. All I'd need is a good book. I'm lacking an area like that in my home. Also, I love the colors!

Orange is a color that I've never used, but I love it!!
