By the time Barry gets home from work, the last thing he wants to do is go out to eat. After a day in the office or behind the paint gun, the last thing I want to do is be stuck in the kitchen for hours. After trying this recipe, we were both happy. The hamburger meat was so lean, I love that Everything you need in one package, it comes with lean ground beef, cooked pasta and marinara sauce. All I did was brown the ground beef, drain, add pasta and sauce. Easy as could be. And it only required one pot. I grated a little fresh parmesan cheese to top it off. We also added bread with this meal but a salad would be great too! Right now at Publix, there are two in-store promotions, an instant redeemable coupon (it expires 2/01/16) and an in-store promotion price of $10.99 in the weekly Publix ad (expires 12/09/15). I only paid $8.99 for our meal. Actually, because it’s just the two of us, we will be having it for 2 meals! That’s a great deal.
